Three years ago, when I determined to get rid of the weeds in my house, I seriously searched for information on safe and effective herbicides. As we all know, glyphosate is a threat to the health of both humans and pets. After searching a lot of information, I found that many herbicides in the United States have abandoned the glyphosate in the last decade and have chosen to use acetic acid as the basic ingredient of herbicides. The only local product I could find at the time was WeedX.

The effectiveness of the product was surprisingly gorgeous. It was surprisingly effective and easy to use. The weed control effect was no worse than that of conventional chemicals. Later I tried several other brands of Fatty Acid herbicides and found that they were more expensive and not as effective as WeedX.

I moved six months ago. I was faced with a large area of overgrown grass, and if I wanted to buy an organic herbicide containing fatty acid, the price was quite high. I immediately thought of WeedX, the safest, effective, and relatively cheap organic herbicide, and ordered 40 liters immediately.

I have just purchased my third container of WeedX concentrate. As an organic gardener, I have found WeedX so helpful for those pesky weeds which pop up in between the cracks in the concrete, grass which grows in front of a row of bamboo, and weeds which come through my bark areas. I like the concentrate as I can mix it up to the strength suitable for the weeds being sprayed and it goes a long way. I spray generously, and for some of the more difficult weeds, like dock, I often do a second spray a day or two after the first. A sunny dry day helps too. I was surprised how well it deals with a large variety of weeds, and of course the main selling point for me is the organic status and that it does not harm pets and is non residual. So many thanks Goulter’s, I am spreading the word to all my fellow gardeners and hope councils might get on board to provide a safer environment for both people, and pets.

We have been dairy farming organically for 12 years and discovered WeedX to knock back gorse, broom and thistles about 3 years ago. We use it to spray out paddocks prior to regrassing and keep fences clear of weeds. It is a very effective plant dessicant and works on weeds almost overnight. The patches of gorse that are treated with WeedX die off completely and when they come back the plants are much smaller and weaker so that if treated over a period of about 3 years they do not grow back. Before we discovered WeedX all weed control was done manually or with machinery. Using WeedX has made it much easier for us to keep up with weed control.

Thankyou for your product, WeedX. I use it regularly in my vegie garden to suppress weeds. Recently I have used the concentrated product on my driveway and on the gravel around my vegetable garden beds. I’m impressed by the lack of regrowth of weeds in the most prolific growth time of the year! Spraying the product on the wood edges of the vegie garden seems to have reduced the number of paper wasps wanting to make homes there! (the monarch caterpillars will be happy). Many thanks again.

It’s great to finally have a natural non-toxic spray to use in the nursery, particularly with customers walking through. I use Goulter’s WeedX to keep on top of moss, general weeds and pearl wort. There is a lingering vinegar smell but it only lasts half a day and less in the summer with the heat. We find WeedX is perfect as a “one hit” for the weeds, moss and liver wort. It also does not destroy the soil life.

Wow, this stuff is amazingly effective, easy to use and it’s so nice to know it will not have downstream effects on my local environment. I have been using Goulter’s WeedX Herbicide around my property to decrease those pesky weeds that pop up repeatedly, like between flagstones, on borders and in flower garden areas. It works quickly and seems to be good at reducing the overall return of weeds. Thanks for developing such a fantastic product that has the potential to reduce toxins in our environment.

I have used Goulter’s Vinegar Products since their inception and am so grateful to have the organic option as I don’t use chemicals in any way, personally, in the home or on the farm. The WEEDX is very successful in eliminating the weeds in my garden and orchard. It is also a great comfort to know that it is safe and won’t contaminate the soil or river systems where runoff occurs. With so much public outcry over chemical overuse I am grateful that I can avoid damage to my own health as well as that of my alpacas.

We have a lifestyle block at Tasman and are always looking for natural alternatives to rid those pesky weeds, rather than the chemical laden sprays that are everywhere, that we use because they work. WeedX was impressive, it indeed knocked the weeds, they were dead. We have used natural products before, however they tended to mildly suppress the weeds, Weedx killed them! I was so happy to discover your great product WeedX a couple of years ago and now use it around the Nursery during the spring and summer months and around our garden. I love that it is safe to use when customers are around and always tell them what I am spraying. The vinegary WeedX smell is part of summer in Dean’s Nursery now. Six weeks ago I sprayed our paddock with WeedX before cultivation for a large wild flower meadow, it worked so well. I highly recommend this safe and effective product for helping you. With careful application we are killing both Liverwort + weeds around trees and shrubs. Hopefully this is going to save many hours of weeding and cleaning at the dispatch bench.
